Our Story

Some love stories begin with a glance across a crowded room. Ours began with a DM.

Thanks to a mutual friend, we found each other on Instagram and what started as a conversation about board games quickly turned into something neither of us had planned for. There was something easy about talking to each other, something that felt like it could go on forever. As it turns out, it would. From the very first day we started talking, there hasn't been a single day we haven't spoken.

Our first date almost didn't happen. A freezing weather warning threatened to keep us apart, but we decided the cold was no reason to wait. So we bundled up and went anyway and she ordered a hot chocolate (a detail that said everything about her), and somewhere between warm cups and conversation, we both knew this was something worth braving the cold for.

The more time we spent together, the more we realized our connection ran deeper than we'd first imagined, with shared tastes, shared laughs, and shared values that seemed to multiply the closer we got. And somewhere along the way, we started picking up each other's worlds too. Roxana became a football fan, and let's just say a certain pop star's discography is no longer a mystery to me.

On April 6th, 2023, we made it official and from that day forward, every moment felt like it was building toward something bigger. We've since explored the world together, collecting memories and passport stamps along the way, each trip a reminder of how much better life is when you have the right person beside you.

And then there's Mia, who needs no introduction if you've ever met her. She has brought nothing but happiness and love into our lives, and we are so excited to start this next chapter together, the three of us.

On July 25th, 2025, I asked her to be my wife. On September 5th, 2026, she becomes exactly that.
